Utilization Provider
The Utilization Provider version A.01.08.07.00 is a lightweight daemon (utild) that records
system-utilization data on a 5-minute interval. The HP Matrix Operating Environment (formerly HP
Insight Dynamics) uses the Utilization Provider to collect data from HP-UX managed systems. Data
collected includes CPU, memory, disk, and network utilization. This product also includes a WBEM
provider.
Summary of Change
The Utilization Provider for HP-UX 11i v3 has been updated to version A.01.08.07.00 to support
the latest release of the Matrix Operating Environment.
Compatibility
This version of the Utilization Provider depends on HP WBEM Services for HP-UX version A.02.07.04
or later.
