Conventions

The typeface conventions used within this document are as follows:

Body Text: Arial 10 pt is used as the main body text in this document.

FileName: Courier 10 pt indicates document names and file extensions.

ComputerOutput: Courier New 10 pt indicates text output from a computer, text, or user interface.

[Hard Button]: Arial Bold 10 pt indicates the use of a keyboard button.

UserInput: Courier New 10 pt indicates text the user must enter into the system.

<variable_information>: Times Roman 10 pt indicates variable information the user must enter.

SelectGUI: Arial Bold 10 pt indicates a soft button, radio button, check box, text field, drop-down menu, or

icon (e.g. “click the Save As button”).

TitleCitation: Italic Arial 10 pt indicates a document title cited in the text.

GlossaryTerm: Italic Arial 10 pt indicates terms that appear in the glossary.

CrossRef: Blue Arial 10 pt indicates text that references another part of the text.

E-mail

: Blue Underlined Arial Bold 10 pt indicates e-mail addresses.

http or https://...

: Blue Underlined Arial Bold 10 pt indicates web addresses (URLs).
