When a Cell, with an I/O chassis connected to it, is activated OnLine as part of the Dynamic
nPartitions operation, the I/O interface(s) present in the corresponding Chassis will not be
configured by default. The Chassis Add option of the olrad command can be used to configure
these interface(s).
The syntax for the Chassis Add command is:
olrad -A -s <cell_hw_path>
Where:
cell_hw_path is the hardware path of the Cell activated online.

When a Cell, with an I/O chassis connected to it, needs to be de-activated OnLine as part of the

cell_hw_path is the hardware path of a Cell that needs to be deactivated online.
