HP-UX 11iv2/v3 Support for iLO/vMedia and USB Devices April 22, 2010
Supported vMedia Functionality HP-UX 11iv2 and 11iv3 support the use of iLO/vMedia for optical devices and for ISO images. vMedia can be used to install HP-UX from a remote DVD or for read-only post installation DVD related tasks such as application installation. vMedia support on HP-UX is limited to the platforms and operating system versions outlined below.
HP-UX does not currently support the vFlash or vFloppy functionality over iLO/vMedia. USB-OO version C limitations The USB-OO driver version C does not support the virtual keyboard, video, and mouse (vKVM) iLO functionality. To enable this functionality using 11iv2, install version D of the driver and PHKL_39269. To enable this functionality using 11iv3, install version D of the driver and PHKL_39820.
