Defect Fixes in This Version

8606392816 Incoming connections do not spill over to additional listeners on the same

port or IP address.

8606394017 A UDP endpoint may show that it already has a source address set after a

bind failure.

8606394323 Applications may hang in accept().

8606394474 Potential issues while processing ioctls.

8606394647 Possible panic in ip_wput() when sending out a multicast packet.

8606396734 On HP-UX 11i v1, the stale ARP cache entry is not used to send out new

packets to a neighbor after an ARP Cache Entry expires.

NOTE Do not install or remove any Transport or STREAMS patch after installing

TOUR 3.0. Defect fixes and new functionality for TOUR are delivered in the

future releases of TOUR.
