DESCRIPTION
Copies all parameters from a source Allow-Events header to a destination
Allow-Events header. You must construct the destination object before using
this function.

IN RvSipAllowEventsHeaderHandle hSource);
PARAMETERS
hDestination
The handle to the destination Allow-Events header.
