Fixes:
EISA Token Ring causes a system panic at regular intervals.
This problem is fixed by correcting cache flush/purge size.
EISA Token Ring fails to detect a cable disconnect.
The driver code is not sending linkdown and linkup events during cable disconnect/
reconnect.
The driver code has been modified to send linkup and linkdown events in the cable
disconnect/reconnect path.
The lanadmin reset causes a system panic with the cable disconnected.
The driver lock is being held before sending linkup event in the reset path.

DLPI multicast enable/disable fails on EISA Token Ring due to the problem in

MALLOC. MALLOC is re-tried up to 100 times to prevent a system hang. If this is
exceeded, the card is kept in the down state.
