nPar Name
This field displays the partition name corresponding to the row of information that
is displayed. If the row is the local partition, the word ”local” will follow the
partition name. For cells that are not assigned to partitions, “Unassigned Cells”
will be displayed.
<40–44> iCOD Partition
Configuration Information
Lines 40–44 display iCAP configuration information for each partition in the
complex.
nPar ID
This field displays the partition number for the row of data.
Intended Active CPUs
This field displays the number of processors requested to be active for this hard
partition via the icod_modify command.
Actual Active CPUs
This field displays the current number of active processors for the hard partition.
An asterisk will appear in this field if the iCAP software makes an assumption

Total CPUs
This field displays the total number of processors physically present for the hard
partition. An asterisk will appear in this field if the iCAP software makes an

Compatible Software Installed
This field indicates whether the hard partition contains compatible iCAP software.
nPar Name
This field displays the partition name corresponding to the row of information that
is displayed.
The icod_stat command can be run on systems that do not have any iCAP inventory. The following
is a sample output of icod_stat from such a system:
