Checking for indications of Automatic Reports in the OVO Message Browser
AUTOMATIC ACTION REPORTS
Many metrics generate Automatic Action Reports. These reports are generated
as soon as an alarm is triggered in OVO.

OW YOU KNOW A REPORT HAS BEEN GENERATED
When an Automatic Action Report is executed from OVO, the server is queried
for additional data. If your message browsser is set to display the SUIAONE
column, you will see an “S” under the “A” column (see illustration), which
indicates that a generated report is available in the Annotations area of the
Message Details.

OW TO VIEW THE REPORT
To view the report, click the Annotations... button in the Message Browser.
