Media Kit Contents

For new systems, the HP-UX 11i v2 media kit includes the

following DVDs and documentation. For the update service, you

only get components that change from one release to the next.

Note This is a DVD only media release.

• HP-UX 11i v2 (B.11.23) DVD — Contains the HP-UX

Operating System (OS), Operating Environments (OEs),

required networking software, Update-UX, Ignite-UX, and

online diagnostics.

• HP-UX 11i v2 (B.11.23) Applications DVD — Contains

HP-UX application software.

Please note that applications on the Applications DVD may

have a newer version than the same application on the OE

installation media.

• HP-UX 11i v2 Instant Information DVD — Contains

current HP-UX manuals, release notes, and white papers.
