1. This assumes that all other activity related to the card has already been performed, such as the drivers
have been installed.
2. The system will perform a CRA, and if the CRA detects a critical resource associated with the card, the
CRA will fail, which will cause the OL* operation to fail.
This shows a condensed version of the Power LED behavior. For systems with a heavy load occurring at the
same time as an OL* event, you may see slightly different LED sequences.
