USB-00
The USB-00 product, version C.01.04.01, supports HP USB keyboards and mice. It
enables DVD boot support for HP blade servers, model number BL60p.
Summary of Change
USB-00, version C.01.04.00, includes quality improvements from the previous release,
C.01.03.01.
USB-00 now supports the A6869A and A6869B cards.
Impact
There is no customer impact.
Compatibility
This USB product will not be compatible with any application that accesses human
interface devices (HID) through the legacy HID device special files in /dev/hid. The
device-special files for USB-00 are located in /dev/deviceFileSystem. Mouse and
keyboard device files are accessible through the device files
/dev/deviceFileSystem/mouseMux and /dev/deviceFileSystem/keyboardMux,
respectively. To revert to the previous USB driver, swremove USB-00.
Performance
There is no performance impact.
