Selectable Mass Storage Drivers
The following mass storage driver is selectable, which means you must select it to install
it when updating to an Operating Environment.
SerialSCSI-00
The new SerialSCSI-00 bundle delivers the driver sasd.
Summary of Change
For March 2006, the SerialSCSI-00 driver bundle has been updated with quality
improvements. The SerialSCSI-00 driver bundle was added in December 2005 to
support cards that will be released in the future.
NOTE The installation of this driver bundle requires the patch PHKL_33581: USB DVD Boot,
EFI Device Path, HW Enablement. This patch is delivered in the FEATURE11i and
HWEnable11i patch bundles and is automatically selected when updating an existing
system with this mass-storage driver.
