Foundation 11i v2 OE, it is a superset of the Minimal Technical OE.
Unlike the Minimal Technical OE. Unlike the Minimal Technical OE,
however, the Technical Computing OE is available on both technical
servers and workstations.

OE, the HP-UX 11i v2 Technical Computing Operating Environment
