HP-UX Accounts for Users and Groups
The HP-UX Accounts for Users and Groups tool (ugweb) allows the user to manage local
user accounts, NIS user accounts and group accounts. Users can manage the users and
group accounts on HP-UX from the Web-based user interface (ugweb).
Use the HP-UX Accounts for Users and Groups tool for
• Managing local user accounts
• Managing NIS user accounts
• Managing group accounts
• Managing user templates and task customization
• Viewing and modifying security attributes of local users and NIS users, as the tool is
tightly integrated with the HP-UX Security Attributes Configuration tool (secweb).

from the HP System Management Homepage (HP SMH),

or from the HP Systems
Insight Manager (HP SIM).
