4. Enter your contact information in the appropriate fields (see Figure 3-2 through Figure 3-3). Asterisks
indicate required fields.
Failure to provide complete and accurate contact and company information jeopardizes HP’s ability to
identify, diagnose, and repair hardware problems. False information may require reinstallation of the
ISEE client software.
CAUTION For HP to provide a timely response to events that do NOT occur during normal business
hours, it is critical to enter complete information for at least one Additional Contact for
after hours notification.
