Using Aliases
To delete an alias from the workstation
1 From the Message menu, choose Aliases.
The Aliases for Messaging dialog box appears.
2 Select the alias that you want to delete.
3 Choose the Delete button.
4 Choose the Done button.
NOTE: You cannot delete a workstation’s computername from the alias list.
