Transport Optional Upgrade Release (TOUR) 3.1 Release Notes

System Requirements

This section lists the resources required for installing and running TOUR 3.1.

Supported Operating Systems

TOUR 3.1 is supported on the following 32- or 64-bit systems:

• HP-UX 11i v1 (B.11.11) PA-RISC servers

• HP-UX 11i v2 September 2004 (B.11.23) Intel

Itanium and PA-RISC servers

Minimum System Resources

NOTE The disk space information listed in this section does not include the disk

space requirements for prerequisite patches.

TOUR 3.1 on HP-UX 11i v1 requires the following minimum amount of system resources:

• The TOUR 3.1 depot file is ~6 MB

• Disk Space used by installing TOUR 3.1: ~9 MB, allocated as:

/usr: ~7.5 MB

/var: ~1.5 MB

/stand (a new kernel is built)

TOUR 3.1 on HP-UX 11i v2 September 2004 requires the following minimum amount of

system resources:

• The TOUR 3.1 depot file is ~8.3 MB

• Disk Space used by installing TOUR 3.1: ~11.5 MB, allocated as:

/usr: ~ 10.3 MB

/var: ~1.2 MB

/stand (a new kernel is built)
