8606427441 Application may hang when using a module, elsewhere, or global
synchronization level STREAMS module.
NOTE Do not install or remove any Transport or STREAMS patch after installing
TOUR 3.1. Defect fixes and new functionality for TOUR are delivered in the
future releases of TOUR.
