This section contains information on fixes available in TOUR 2.0 for TOUR 2.0 components.
HP-UX Transport Fixes
TOUR 2.0 for HP-UX 11i v1 includes transport (IPv4 and IPv6) fixes up to PHNE_29887. In
addition, it includes the following fixes:

8606211448 There is an interoperability problem between nettl and IPSec.
8606293457 netstat -a output produces misleading output for Recv-Q and Send-Q
columns.
8606301096 An application using AF_INET/SOCK_STREAM socket may experience a
killable hang in send(2) system call when socket caching is enabled.
8606302874 IP fragments are reassembled incorrectly in some cases.
8606302876 Problems in IPv6 fragmentation and reassembly.
8606302878 When a socket is bound to a non-local IPv4 compatible IPv6 address, it may
be unable to accept connections or data.
8606304572 System panic in ip_bind().
8606305933 When socket caching is ON, call to bind() can fail with EINVAL.
8606306041 ARP requests may hang.
