newkey(1m) Describes the newkey function that creates

new public and secret keys for users and

hosts in the speciﬁed service database.

getpublickey(3n) Describes the getpublickey function that

retrieves public keys from the database.

publickey(4) Describes the local public key database that

is used for secure RPC.
