that the CPM-HS module is not working, replace the bad
module.
Explanation The listener server name has not been entered in the data
switch database.
Action Check the listener server address in the data switch
database. If it does not exist, add the server name and
address to the database. The convention is to use all
capital letters in the listener server name.
n_conn_req: “dk_open() failed” LISTEN: caught SIGTERM (exiting)
Explanation The Network Listener Service (NLS) stops for an
unknown reason.
Action Rerun dkitrc dkstart to start the listener.
No slot in conn ind tbl dev 0
Explanation The Network Listener Service cannot handle more than 5
requests at a time.
Action If possible, reduce the number of tliload requests to a
maximum of 5 at a time. Either send 5 requests and pause,
or pause between each request.
Reset DK interface [0-3] failed: unknown error
Explanation The CommKit interface board is not seated properly.
Action Remove and reinstall the CommKit interface board.
Explanation The CommKit interface board is defective.
Action Run dkdiag to check the CommKit interface board, and
then replace the board if it is defective.
0:DK Interface not enabled
Explanation The fiber optic cable connections are bad.
Action Check the fiber optic cable connections.
Explanation The CommKit interface board is not installed properly.
