Outgoing Call Error Messages
dkdial ... Dkserver: Srvtab not readable. Call System Administrator
Explanation The call could not be completed, because the server tables
(files in /etc/opt/dk/srvtab) on the remote host were
unreadable or damaged.
You may also see this error message on an incoming call
from a
DESTINATION prompt displayed as error code
133.
dkdial ... Endpoint hung up
Explanation The endpoint hung up the call. This is not an error.
dkdial ... Facility not subscribed
Explanation The facility on the SIM was not subscribed to.
dkdial ... Hop count exceeded
Explanation The call could not be completed, because the hop count
configured for this node was exceeded.
dkdial ... Host configuration mismatch. Call Network Administrator
Explanation The call was rejected, because the host channel picked for
the outgoing call is not configured on the network.
Contact the data switch network administrator.
Explanation The data switch tried to allocate a busy channel before the
channel was ready for use.
Action If the problem persists, try to reduce the load on the
system.
dkdial ... Host protocol error
Explanation The call could not be completed due to an error detected
in the host protocol.
