Overview

Server Utilities

NetWare administrators use server utilities to maintain the network. These

utilities are available from the server console or from a Remote Console™.

The server utilities are described in Chapter 3.

Tasks you can perform with server utilities include the following:

• Configuring the server

• Starting and stopping the server

• Checking server status

• Installing and deleting Directory Services (DS)

• Installing and deleting NetWare server user licenses

• Creating and deleting NetWare volumes

• Displaying statistical information
