Solving Problems
Open Option Is Not Selectable
Open Option Is Not Selectable
If you pull down the File menu and see that the Open option is not
selectable, use the Control Display Sessions and Control Printer
Sessions dialog boxes to disable any enabled or active sessions. Then
return to the File menu and open or create a style file. (You cannot open
an existing style file or create a new one while a session is enabled or
active.)
If the New, Save, and Save As options are also not selectable, your
System Administrator has not given you permission to customize the
emulator's default settings. Contact your System Administrator if you
need assistance, or refer to the HP-UX TN3270 Administrators Guide for
information about configuring this option.
