Your System Administrator has configured your 3270 sessions so that
you do not have permission to override this option from the TN3270
emulation program. If you want to be able to make this change while in
the TN3270 emulation program, ask your System Administrator to
change the configuration, or refer to the HP-UX TN3270 Administrators
Guide.
