Adding a Keystroke to a 3270 Function
You cannot add a keystroke to a character key; you can only redefine it,
because the TN3270 emulation program does not allow two different
keystrokes to be mapped to the same character key. If you select
“Characters” in the Key Group list box, the < Add > push button is not
selectable. Also, you cannot have more than six keystrokes mapped to
the same 3270 key; the < Add > push button is not selectable if you
select a key that already has six keystrokes mapped to it.
To add a new keystroke to a 3270 function (leaving any existing
keystrokes unchanged), start from the View and Define Key Definitions
dialog box, and use the following procedure:
