is in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files. A free version of

TIP To simplify sharing of patch information, you may want to copy the
documentation files onto your own system. The hyperlinks from the
HTML bundle readme files to the patch text files will work as long as
the HTML files reside in the same directory as the TEXT_FILES
subdirectory.
