Description: A WebLogic server was not found in <directory>.
Severity: Critical
Help Text: Probable Cause:
The directory specified as WL_HOME in the SPI configuration
does not exist on the managed node.
Suggested Action:
1. Verify that WebLogic is installed on the managed node.
2. Run the WebLogic SPI configuration utility from the
Application Bank.
3. Verify that the correct information has been specified for
WL_HOME on the managed node on which the error occurred.
