The ISEEPlatform bundle enables HP remote support over

the Internet. It is updated as needed.

• HWEnable11i has patches to support GSP FW updates

Please note these dependencies for rp7400, rp54xx, and L-

class servers with A6696B GSP cards and rp24xx products:

• You must install PHNE_27760 and PHCO_28169 (or

superseding patches) before system is updated with GSP

FW Revision B.02.12 or C.02.17 or later.

•The HWEnable11i bundle for June 2003 and later

releases provides PHNE_27760 (Cumulative Mux and

Pty Patch) and PHCO_28169 (mksf(1M) cumulative

patch), which respectively updates the driver and

creates the device file used by the upgraded GSP

firmware.

• Installing HWEnable11i will support the update of GSP

FW to above or later revisions. You should review

installation instructions for each firmware patch before

installing and updating GSP firmware.

• The latest GSP FW patches fix critical problems

including an unexpected system shutdown or HPMC.
