S99prngd.rc Failed to Start
After updating your system to the latest version of HP-UX 11i v1
and during reboot, the random number generator daemon,
S99prngd.rc may fail to start. This is caused by mutiple
processes attempting to start the daemon and, as a result, the
daemon fails to start.
How Do You Know if this Affects You
You may be affected if you are updating your system using
Update-UX.
What to Do
After reboot, enter the following command:
/sbin/rc3.d/S99prngd.rc start
