HP Instant Support Enterprise Edition Install Errors
The following issues may present themselves during your HP
Instant Support Enterprise Edition (ISEE) installation:
• You may encounter a KILLMON ERROR message in the ISEE
control scripts. You can safely ignore this error message.
•The Cpumap post install script aborts on update. If you
encounter this post install script error, manually perform the
symlink using the following command:
ln -s /sbin/init.d/cpumap2/sbin/rc2.d/S900cpumap2
• You may encounter the following error message in the
swagent log when running the ISEE-EMSCONF pre-install
script on update:
sed: Cannot find or open file /etc/rc.config.d/predictive
If the preceding message is logged and the
/etc/rc.config.d/predictive file is present, change
the line PREDICTIVE=1 to PREDICTIVE=0
