PCIMUX-00 Added to support AD278A and AD279A cards.
PRMKernelSW Version number for PRM-Sw-Krn fileset remains
C.01.04. The only change is that the fileset is now
in PRMKernelSW.
PRMLibraries Version C.03.02 now contains the PRM API.
