Media Kit Contents
For new systems, the HP-UX 11i v1 media kit includes the
following CDs, DVDs, and documents. For the update service, you
will receive those components that change from one release to
the next.
• HP-UX 11i v1 (B.11.11) 5 CDs or 1 DVD — Contains the
HP-UX Operating System (OS), Operating Environments
(OEs), required networking software, Update-UX, Ignite-UX,
and Online Diagnostics.
• HP-UX 11i v1 Support Plus CD — Contains the current
HP-UX 11i v1 patch bundles and OnlineDiag bundle to fix
defects and enable new hardware.
• HP-UX 11i v1 (B.11.11) Applications CD or DVD —
Contains HP-UX application software.
• HP-UX 11i v1 Instant Information CD — Contains HP-
UX manuals, release notes, and white papers. See the CD
booklet for more information.
• HP-UX 11i v1 Internet Express CD or DVD — Contains
a collection of Open Source Web, Internet, and security
services that have been tested and qualified on HP-UX.
