Known Problems and Workarounds
The MtIOScan11i bundle contains a warned LVM patch (PHKL_30622). A superseding
patch (PHKL_30697) corrects the behaviour that affects logical volumes with greater
than or equal to 65536 physical extents. This patch will be released soon. For the most
