Determining Firmware Versions in a Partition
or Complex
Each Superdome complex has six types of firmware installed on the
hardware components within the complex.
Each hardware component (cell, core I/O card, GSP, or UGUY board)
must have the corresponding firmware component(s) installed.
In general, within a Superdome complex every instance of a firmware
component should be the same version; for example, every core I/O card
should have the same version of the CIO firmware installed. Within a
partition, every cell must have matching firmware versions installed.
GSP Follow this procedure to use the GSP command menu to display the
firmware versions installed on cells, core I/O cards, GSPs, and UGUY
utility boards.
