When to Shutdown All Partitions
The only times you need to shutdown all the virtual partitions are when:
• a hardware change or problem requires the computer to be down.
• the entire computer hangs. This might be a problem with the monitor.
• you need to update the vPars monitor (/stand/vpmon)
