Cold-Install Disk Must be in HBA Table
When you cold-install an rx9610, rx4610, or i2000 system, you must be
certain that:
The disk to be installed on resides under one of the four Host Bus
Adapters (HBA) that are selected in the LSI option ROM table.
The HBA where the boot disks reside is the first HBA listed in the
bootable HBA table.
If either of the above is not true, you will find that boot fails and the boot
disk is not listed in the EFI table as a bootable disk. You can correct this
situation with the LSI configuration menu.
To view or change the LSI option ROM table and the HBA information,
enter the LSI configuration menu early in the system boot sequence by
pressing Ctrl-C when prompted.
