How is the New DVD Packaging Organized?
Because DVDs can hold significantly more data (over 4GB vs. 650MB for
CD-ROM), the HP-UX 11i v1 operating environment, and all of the
HP-UX 11i v1 applications have been optimized to fit on 1 DVD each.

the differences between CD-ROM and DVD packaging:
