Cold-Installing HP-UX 11i v1

This section describes cold-installing from the HP-UX 11i v1 CDs or

DVDs, including the operating system, a selected Operating

Environment (OE) bundle, network drivers, CDE language bundle,

diagnostics, and required patches from the Support Plus CD.

Before you begin, review Appendix B, “Known Problems and

Troubleshooting,” on page 135 for any installation issues that apply to

your system.
