(Obsolescence on Software Pack)
HP-UX 11i Internet Protocol Version 6 (IPv6) provides the infrastructure to enable the
next wave of internet devices, such as PDAs, mobile phones, and appliances.
This product was formerly delivered as the IPv6NCF11i product bundle on Software
Pack (SPK). (For more information about SPK, see “Software Pack (Optional HP-UX 11i
v1 Core Enhancements)” on page 27.)
Summary of Change
Starting with the September 2005 release, the IPv6NCF11i product bundle is no longer
delivered on Software Pack. To get the latest version of IPv6, you should download
Transport Optional Upgrade Release (TOUR) from HP Software Depot at
http://hp.com/go/softwaredepot.
Impact
You will need to download and install TOUR from HP Software Depot to get the latest
version of the IPv6 product.

There are no known compatibility issues.

There are no known performance issues.

Obsolescence
