•If the parmgr command is run by a user with Administrator (root) privileges, the -b
option can be used to bypass the authentication step under HP System Management
Homepage.
NOTE To use this feature on HP-UX 11i v1, you must install KRNG11i (Strong Random
Number Generator software for HP-UX 11i v1), available from HP Software Depot at

Additional bug fixes have also been incorporated in this release, including a fix that
provides improved support for HP Superdome SD16000 servers.
Errata
Under certain circumstances, a blank page will appear in the Web browser when
selecting Partition Manager Help from the HP Systems Management Homepage help
menu. If this occurs, use your browser’s Reload button to correct the problem.
The Japanese version of the parmgr (1M) manpage included with this release omits the
following information:
•The parmgr command no longer supports the -s option.
•The parmgr command now allows root users to bypass the authentication step under
HP System Management Homepage by using the -b option (see previous “Note”).
• The procedures for managing SSL certificates have changed. Refer to the Managing
SSL certificates help topic for details.
