Process Resource Manager (PRM) Disk Bandwidth
Control
This release allows Process Resource Manager (PRM) to report and control disk I/O
bandwidth per LVM device and VxVM device. (VxVM is the VERITAS Volume Manager.)
Based on user-configured priorities, PRM will reorder LVM or VxVM disk queues to
enforce the percentage of disk bandwidth a PRM group receives in an I/O-constrained
environment. The functionality is documented in the PRM manpages.
