Description : The server has begun to process the job. The job has been scheduled to print on a
physical printer.

Description : HPDPS calculates that there are too many jobs in this queue for all jobs to print within
the amount of time specified for the queue-backlog-upper-bound attribute. The queue continues to
accept jobs, but there will be a delay before they print.
