Expand the Additional Configuration
menu item or items you would
like to disable or enable.

hptc-auto-update—
Allows the user to disable or enable automatic updates or to set up a manual configuration of
where to get the updates from.
●
hptc-date-mgr—
Allows the user to change the date and time of the system.
●
hptc-display-prefs—
Allows the user to change Resolution, Depth, Orientation, and Primary and Secondary
Display of the monitor.
●
hptc-mixer—
Allows the user to adjust the playback and input of the system and to mute one or both.
●
hptc-mouse—
Allows the user to adjust the speed of the mouse and to change the mouse button settings to
right-handed or left-handed.
●
hptc-network-mgr—
Allows the user to make changes to the wired Ethernet speed, connection method, and
advanced security settings. Also, the user can make changes to wireless connection method
and advanced security settings.
●
printer-mapping-mgr—
Allows the user to add, edit or delete a printer.
●
hptc-profile-mgr—
Allows the user to perform a factory reset which reinstalls the system to out of the box
conditions.
4. Click authorized under the menu item you wish to disable or enable.
5. To disable the menu item on this profile, change the Value to 0.
6. To enable the menu item on this profile, change the Value to 1.
7. Repeat steps 4–6 to disable or enable more menu items.
