Hardware
Any HP ProLiant with the following configuration:
• Minimum: 1.5-GHz processor with 1 GB RAM
• 1 GB free disk space recommended
• Recommended: 2.4-GHz processor with 2 GB RAM
NOTE: The ProLiant ML/DL 100 series servers do not support HP Insight Remote Support Advanced.
If you are using HP Insight Remote Support Advanced, you must use a ProLiant 300, 500, 700, or
Blade Server.
NOTE: If Microsoft SQL Server is installed on the CMS, an additional 512 MB of RAM should be
installed.
NOTE: HP Netserver platforms can be used for the Central Management Server as long as the Instant
Toptools software is not installed and all other requirements are met.
