The CMS DNS resolution facilitates the GSLB being able to direct traffic dynamically to the appropriate site.
It is not supported to configure the hosts file with a single IP address of the Remote Support aliases because
there are multiple IP addresses for these aliases.

Remote Support Software Manager Installation Process
HP Insight Remote Support Advanced software is not bundled with Systems Insight Manager. After the Systems
Insight Manager installation, to finish the installation of the Remote Support Software Manager, follow these
steps:
1. Select and run the Insight Remote Support Product shortcut that was installed on the CMS desktop.
2. Register yourself as a customer on the HP Software Depot.
3. Download the executable file and run it.
4. Use the Remote Support Software Manager wizard to finish the installation.
Accepting the default responses is sufficient for successful completion. After the Remote Support Software
Manager is installed on your CMS, it will install the remaining required products for your full HP Insight
Remote Support Advanced software solution.
