Properties for globalsettings.props file
The globalsettings.props has many configurable properties which control how HP Systems Insight
Manager (HP SIM) functions.
WARNING! Changes to these settings should only be done by advanced users have tested this in a
non-production manner in their environment. Many parameters can be changed that could potentially
adversely affect the functioning of HP SIM.
The globalsettings.props file is located at:
• On Windows It is typically located at C:\Program Files\HP\Systems Insight
Manager\config\globalsettings.props.
• On HP-UX and Linux It is located at /etc/opt/mx/config/globalsettings.props.
