Editing automatic event handling tasks

Two users cannot edit Automatic Event Handling tasks at the same time. The first user to click Finish has

their changes saved. The second user receives an error message, stating Unable to modify task.

1. Select Options→Events→Automatic Event Handling→Manage Task. The Automatic Event

Handling - Manage Tasks page appears.

Note: After a task is selected on the Automatic Event Handling - Manage Tasks page, the task

summary appears when clicking View Definition.

2. Select the task to edit, and then click Edit. The Edit task section appears.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Note: Select an event collection or an event combination collection. The event collection is a collection

that is made up of event attributes. If you select an event collection that contains additional event

collections, you will receive an error message.
