When a system is consuming a seat from an active certificate, the status under Assign Licenses appears
as Duration license.
If a system with an existing duration license assigned is selected for assigning additional duration
licenses, an informational popup appears informing you of the existing license and Assign License
Now is enabled allowing you to assign multiple licenses.
